Track with your shipping number

Once your order ships, use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. Carrier scans may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the label is created.

If you only have an order number

Use the order status link in your order confirmation email, or sign in to your customer account if accounts are enabled. If you still need help, email us at hello@bambuko.shop.

How tracking works

  • Your order is confirmed and prepared for fulfillment.
  • When the supplier or carrier provides tracking, it is added to your order.
  • After the first carrier scan, the tracking page starts showing delivery movement.
