To request a return or exchange, contact us at hello@bambuko.shop with your order number and the reason for the request. Items should be unused, clean, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging when possible.

Items that may not be eligible

• Items showing heavy use, damage caused by rough handling, chewing, picking, or stretching.
• Items without proof of purchase.
• Final sale, clearance, or promotional items when marked as non-returnable.
• Products returned without contacting us first.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us quickly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible after the request is reviewed. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider or bank. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the refund is related to an approved damaged, incorrect, or fulfillment issue.
